Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Colony, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

Colony provides a multi-agent development environment for orchestrating AI coding agents. We provide the infrastructure — isolated environments, networking, VCS management, and monitoring. You provide the AI agents and the code they work on.

3. Your Code

Your code is yours. Colony never claims ownership of code created, modified, or stored in your colonies. We don't read, analyze, or use your code for any purpose other than providing the service.

4. Billing

• Pay As You Go: Billed per colony-hour at the published rate.
• Subscriptions: Billed monthly. Included hours don't roll over. Overage billed at the tier's overage rate.
• Enterprise: Custom billing as agreed in your contract.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Colony for anything illegal, to attack other systems, or to circumvent the licensing terms of AI models you connect to Colony.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime outside of Enterprise SLA agreements. Colony is provided "as is" during the preview period.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
